Chapter 4 : The Marketing Environment

Apple is a famous company known mostly for their handheld devices and also their laptops known as  MacBooks. One of Apples biggest target in the market would be teenagers - adults. most teenagers now a days use iPods to listen to music on the train or busses. they also use them to socialize with friends, go on Facebook, twitter and game apps. University students use iPads, iPhones and MacBooks to quickly record notes. the devices are light as well making it easier to carry around and also well organized. Business people are also intrigued by apple products. All apple products have a business quality that is very useful to communicate with clients easily and easy to finish work efficiently. As for any adult Apple products are efficiently for them to browse the internet, make phone calls and use maps and lots of things. The market has now begun to target little kids such as from pre-k and kindergarden as well by adding apps that can help them progress with education and develop learning skills. due to the touch screen in iPods and iPads its easily for them to use the product. 


Apples enviornmental management is important to them. Apple is always prepared for a new line up of their products. Apple has released new handheld devices ( iPods, iPhones & iPads ) this year, bringing new customers to the market and making formal customers upgrade to these devices consisting of new features and apps.
Apples economic factor might be not as bad, but in other cases it might be pricy for new customers. the prices all depend on the gigs that you want on your device. apple has recently came out with their new devices known as the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6Plus, making it affordable to new and formal customers. Apple constantly adds features to their devices that people would like to see. They try to do what they can and serve their customers what they want, making the customers loyal.
